[Resolved]  National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaint about add on extra vehicle of any person

Dear sir/madam,
I have got fastage at my car from panipat toll plaza date 1 june2018 in first time my life.
But panipat toll plaza add extra vehicle on my hdfc fastage account. I complant them at panipat toll plaza by phone call.
Mr. Vinod kumar —[protected]
Mr. Rinku — [protected]
Mr. Kapil bhatia — [protected]
I have complaint many time them but they ignore my complaint.
Extra add vehicle daily pass from panipat toll plaza but they not action on it. Its i know because i recived the message from hdfc fastage account.
Please action on my complaint as soon.

I passing Daurala toll 27 Dec.2019 at 6:40pm car No. Uk 07 TV 6486 .I was in fast tag Line but i wait for 5 to 6 minute.i ask free toll according your rule if any vehicle Late above 3 Minutes he pass free of toll but he take toll tax from my fast tag. Refund my money with compansate.
