National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaint misbehaving of toll staff at bhagan toll & long waiting time and then using abusive language | |
As i have been traveling to ludhiana every month, i always have to fight or argue with toll staff at bhagan toll booth. At first, there is always long waiting time even in fastag lane. Either it's closed or staff doesn't let you enter in it saying go from another lane as if you have fastag you can pass thru fastag lane. Then once you reach the collection point they will say pay cash as fastag lane is that & you in wrong or cash lane. Then you have to argue with them. It's not my mistake your guys never let us enter fastag lane so we had to come in this lane. Then they will argue & use abusive language demanding cash if you want to pass. I faced this problem 6-7 times as i travel every month from delhi to ludhiana. Please i kindly request you to look into the matter as wait time & way they deal with customers & female is very bad and they need to fixed by higher authorities. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir please see the road condition of national highway 15 its road condition is going worst day day four lane work is also not completed public are facing problems please take some neccesary action gohpur sonitpur purupbari
