The person who introduced himself as upendra singh chauhan and anant chavda don't know how to talk to customer. They just want to mishave verbally and too very intentionally in front of all of their staff. Also he didn't allowed me to lodge complain in the complain book which i started to fill. I had a complain about the toll plaza card for which i paid for. Neither they are giving the card nor they are returning the money. This happened on 11-november-2019. Hi team, it is good to see many ETC enabled lanes at tollgates these days. It would be helpful if you could "continue the exclusive lanes" for vehicles with Fastags. It really saves time!

There's no one to check the authentication of vehicles in the Lane of exempted vehicles. The highway was NH-8, Khatpur toll plaza, Gujarat. And, the toll executive has no manners to how to speak with girls.
