Vehicle No. WB02AK9662 Registered Mobile : [protected] Complaint: Date of incidence : 04/07/2021 Time : 05.15 PM Place: DEBRA Toll Plaza near Kharagpur Travel Direction : From Kharagpur towards Kolkata SBI Fastag was reflecting a negative balance and so the transaction failed at the terminal. I was not sure and confused as I recharged Rs 1, 000/- on 03/07/2021(One day before) that amount was not credited by SBI-Fastag for their internal error of SBI-Fastag. At that time, instead of helping me to Re Re-charge from my cell phone, two staff of DEBRA Toll Plaza were Misbehaving, using abusive language and tried to force me to pay the double amount by cash. As I did not yield to their trick they continued using abusive language and ultimately I protested. Those two staff need extensive counselling and psychological chek up.
