On 01/03/2020, i travelled from kolkata to kolaghat. While driving through jaladhulagori tollway at 14:10:08, i paid rs.105.00, the toll charges by cash, and passed through. Trn id: [protected], ticket no.:[protected]

While returning from kolaghat, i reached the ashoka toll plaza at 18:44:33 and waited at the 3rd bt:10, i again tendered cash of rs.105.00, and was granted receipt trn id: [protected], ticket no.:[protected]. While taking the acknowledgement receipt from prabir, i mentioned that my vehicle has fast tag, and how should i use it.

To my suprise, i received a sms from bank at 19.03.45, that
"dear customer, icici bank fastag linked vehicle no. Wb02ak6864 has been debited with rs.105 on[protected], 19-03-45 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at jaladhulagori toll plaza plaza on[protected]:44:43.

Therefore you have charged me doubly, for a single journey at jaladhulagori toll plaza. I am attaching both my receipts

I was traveling from rewari to greater Noida by my car UP16CK6465 and when i came to toll plaza in fastag lane, the staff of the toll took the charges doubled by mannual billing from me by force.

While it was already paid by my fastag sicked on the windscreen of my car.
Both the bill and copy of sms is attached here with.

With reference to above subject, since last two years Road is not Repaired satisfactorily between Pthai toll plaza -Vavdi toll plaza - Bhatwada toll plaza, Godhra.

The only patch work been carried out these days which will instead create bumps.

NHAI authority toilets which was constructed under swachh Bharat toilets is been charged at Kottagoundampatti, Chellapillaikuttai, Tamil Nadu 636011 toll.

Plsndo take care on this as a complaints as the toilet guy is charging 5rs person...

Today at manesar toll plaza gurgaon had taken me double penalty charges when i cross the toll both ideally charges should be 65 only but they taken 130 penalty i have fastag in my car double charges should be in that case when we dont have fast tag as per government rule.
