National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Double toll fastag fraud

At khedki daula toll plaza gurgaon from jaipur to delhi side of toll entry the left most toll which is after the main line of toll gates the second line there I was told that there is not enough balance in my fastag so they asked toll in cash being in rush line I paid the amount but after a while I got message of debit from fastag.
I complain a case of fraud against them
