Complaint is against encroachment and interruption on service road national highway 24 new name of highway is NH9, illegal building of shed for cattle which is creating nuisance on public road and there is illegal running of milk dairy due to which often fear to accidental zone area
Following are the details of area-
Zone - shahdara south
Ward-kichripur
Address- F-120, east vinod nagar delhi -110096, service road national highway -24, Gurudwara, kichripur, east vinod nagar to mayur vihar phase-2 road
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible by taking necessary steps as per the Supreme Court direction against illegal build upon National highway service road.

Yesterday i was on Udaipur-Nathdwara Highway their negria toll Came, i have Fasttag, staff only give me permission to enter n suddenly poll hit my car my front mirror passes otherwise a huge injurious could cause us, my family get injurious n i get very rude behaviour from staff n damages car, i request to pls get into this case Check CCTV camera.

As per the honorable HC high court orders to demolish the structures who on the acquired NH land please note that in Khasra number 916 Dhar ki ber, Dharampur, Distt. Solan, HP
1. The building has not been acquired till the actual acquisition point inspite of taking compensation as the onus of breaking the structure was on the building owner and the owner did not break the structure till actual acquisition point.
2. The side wall and the concrete pathway to the building on the acquired land is still to be demolished.
3. Iron ramp and stair that extends into the acquired NH land needs to be inspected.by NH authorities and necessary steps to be taken.
