National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — even though fastag was working they claimed its blocked and got money

I was travelling to chennai on 21 jan 2018 and in paranur plaza they scanned my rfid tag manually and claimed it was not working and got money manually eventhough i told them it was working in all other tolls. After sometime money got deducted from fastag account by the time i was in chennai and i paid twice for the toll. These people seemed to cheat so beware.
