National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — excess amount dedicated at toll plaza via fastag

Address:Mandir marg, near Santosh Hotel, Jora Talab, road, Bariatu, Ranchi., Ranchi, Jharkhand, 834009

I have crossed.Pundag toll plaza and return back on same day within 8 hrs.one side charge is rs.100 and both side is rs 150. But today we have paid rs. 200 via vastutah for vehicle no JH02D7504 at HAZARIBAGH-RANCHI EXPRESSWAY (Pundag). Fasttag is expensive for us.
Executive of customer care no.1033 has no any proper reply for this complain.

Updated by alok_rajhans Scanner of fasttag is not working properly at toll plaza. It is operated manually. It is time taking exercise.
