National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fast tag line

I would like to bring to your notice that in karnataka we are facing problem with attibele toll gate. There is a dedicated fast tag line available there, but they are allowing non fast tag vehicles also in that line and collecting cash, which is making a long waiting period for fastag users. Last saturday (16th march 2019) i waited more than 30 mins in this line. When they question about this malpractice their behavior was rude. This is happening almost all days. Could you please help us. Many fasttag users are facing the issue in this toll gate

Toll naka at rasni, arang, chhattisgarh, people face misbehaviour of toll employee every day.they don't consider govt employee for free despite of showing ID card.they should show list of eligible person for free exit.authority must employ the qualified and well mannered patang there
