National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fast tag wallet debited by your system error & suffer customer

I made complaint on 14/2/2020, with complaint no 1705926 and u provide solution that u will refund debited balance with in 15 days but today 15/8/20 no refund provided. During this i follow up every 15 days with complaint no 16/04/[protected], follow up 25/05/20 & 03/6/20 new complaint 28/06/[protected]/07/[protected]/08/[protected] lastly 04/09/[protected] customer care 1033 is totally failed to provide any solution just make new complaint and says worked on your complaint, this kind of system what you say, i have no word to explain. Its my hard work money is going to dump with nhai fasttag system. Pls provide where i go for further action.
