Date of Incident - 07-June-2019 Description of Incident - Though our vehicle has FASTag, I intend to use manual lane for toll payment, where I did pay toll for Double side and got the receipt, in return when i gave the receipt, toll agent told me amount got deducted using RFID, then I questioned the agent that I haven't used FASTag lane then how toll payment will be done using FASTag ID. I thought only in return my payment was done through RFID. When enquired and spoke with staff in the toll plaza office later, it came to my notice that toll was collected using RFID for Double trip. That is collected in both forms, 1) using RFID & 2) I payed manually cash. When I questioned staff regarding once RFID collected the toll, then how can he issue manual receipt through cash for same vehicle at same time. Don't you think payment systems were setup with bad logic, because single vehicle can pass the toll plaza only one time at same time not two times for same time. When RFID systems were not working properly, how toll plaza installed RFID in all lanes. This clearly indicates some kind of scam, I raised a request to ICICI FASTag, but still amount was not returned or credited back to my account. NOTE:- When I told the staff, I will complain, they don't even care about it and to my surprise they told me "You can complain to anyone, if you want", which shows irresponsibility of the staff towards customers.
