National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag blacklist harassment | |||
Sir/madam, i baught fastag threw pnb bank online in nov, 2019 which bank deliverd to me on jan of 2020. When i used this in toll it show blacklisted. Icomplaint it regarding blacklist pnb fastag customer care they said your card is active but again it show blacklist than i again recharge with rs 200 on 28/02/2020 and now balance is rs.270 but again it show black list by toll plaza. I contact again customer care regarding this issue. They said you contact toll for that issue than i again contact toll plaza they shown me your vehicle is not shown in npci mapper. I again contact pnb fastag customer support. Now they said your vehicle number is entered with space (Hp15a1606 which is recorded as hp15a 1606). For this correction you have to e-mail pnb head office. I try to email that issue to pnb but theri email box is full no email delivered to them i again contact customer care for this they said you try again they will got your email so i composed mail again and again in next day. Now more than five days no action has been taken by bank. I visited to bank in meanwhile but staff who headed fastag was absent i again visited that bank bank said he will return after holi festival. Now i will again visit to that bank let c what happen but it is too much harrasment for customer. Late delivered fastag, too many call to customer support again and again visiting to toll plaza again and again email to bank but no respond till now. Was this information helpful? | |||
