National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — FasTag charges after waiting for 5 mins

As per NHAI guideline max wait time at toll plaza is 10 secs after crossing yellow line but I have waited for 5-10 mins and even charged at toll plaza.

I guess no benefit o[censored]sing FasTag if same waiting time.
