Fastag lane mismanagement at murthal toll as no dedicated lane for tagged vehicles. All vehicles enter fastag lane and the staff is rude and disrespectful. The amount paid at this toll is 65/-. The staff was behaving rudely and they are acting like goons of the area ... You should take care of the thing ... This is not for what we are paying toll to you ... Atleast make your staff literate and tell them how to talk to the passers ...
