[Resolved] National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag not activated even after 6 months | |
I bought HDFC Fastag on 15.Jan 2021 and recharged about Rs.800. Even after 7months still my Fastag is not working at All Toll Booth. Today I traveled from Bangalore to Channarayapatna (Hassan) by paying double charges of Rs.90 instead of Rs.45 just because of HDFC carelessness. When I purchased Fastag, customer care executive guided me just affix on windshield of car and tag will be activated before reaching me. Was this information helpful? | |
