National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag scanner not working and no other transaction facilities available

We had come and gone on jasnath toll plaza on date 16:11:2020 when we have come that time fastag machine was not working and same issues at the time of return.
I request to staff for hand scanner and solve it but they ask machine not available. I have contact to control room managar mr. Sharwan Choudhary but he was not interested to solve it and not cooperating.
When told to manager for complaint book they said no complaint book here. Finally the give me a plan note book register for complaint. I have note complaint in that book.
Staff threating and abusing to us.
We are come with family it's horrible moment for me.
I request to you check this matter and instruction to relevant officer take nasasary action.
