National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag scanning issues on Toll leads to long waiting times.

In Maharashtra, Talegaon(Pune) tolls, Vashi(Navi Mumbai) toll and other toll points are consistently having scanning issues. Due to some network or technical issues they are unable to scan the vehicle fastags which causes longer waiting time and traffic at tolls. This is really an injustice for authentic travelers following all the guidelines still need to face this issues which should have taken care by concerned authorities.
I would suggest victim traveler or car owner should be allowed to pass the Toll if authorities are unable to scan the fastag due to their technical problems.
