National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — I am complaining about not working fastag | |||
Dear Yesterday i was travelling from mohal (Solpaur district) to solpaur. There is a toll between mentioned city. While going my money for toll was deducted from paytm. While returning it was not detected and i have to pay manually 55 rs. Because of this fault i have to suffer 25 rs. I have paid 55 + 55 but actual retrun charges was 85rs. I am a fastag holder. On Pune Kolhapur stretch of AH 47, I am charged single toll instead of return toll though I returned within 24 hours. Where should I complain about it and get refund of extra amount charged?
