As we are using Bengaluru – Gooty (NH-7) route regularly. I observed that the functioning of Fast tag at Karanataka toll gates are very good and efficient. But in Andhrapradesh i.e Marur toll plaza and Kasepalli toll plaza have following issues.
1. Name culture / signage board of Fast Tag entry (Previously there was only one Fast Tag entry and the sig board was good).
2. Recently I returned from Gooty to Bengaluru with my family (wife & one-year kid) i.e on 27.10.2020 around 7:00 P.M. I entered in Fast Tag / cash line because of non-availability of proper sign board, then I requested them to do scan with portable machine. But the Toll gate staff very arrogant, they not scanning with portable machine. First, they told it’s not working after 10 min they did with portable machine only.
3. Finally, I understand that they are liars. They are talking unparliamentary words.
4. They not using any mask, glouse as per present COVID 19 pandemic and they don’t have any uniform.
5. There are big humps to the bridges on the way from Anantapur to Gooty (vice -versa) and the plantations is very poor between the roads.
