National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Incorrect deduction of toll tax

While going from Patna to Ranchi or Ranchi to Patna I pass through Pundag toll plaza where from two times I have seen that they deduct my money from fast- tag even after giving my toll tax in cash. They say fast tag machine is not working and I have to pay tax in cash. After sometimes I receive message that Rs 105 has been deducted. This has happened two times at that only Pundag toll plaza. I request You to please do something on my complaint or give my money back. I'm uploading the image of deduction message I get with Taxation id ADVERTISEMENT
Updated by Ravi Ekka Nov 30, 2020 I've uploaded this receipt of paying cash that I received at Pundag toll plaza. Please solve my complaint so that from next time they don't deduct my money from fastag saying that it's not working and ask for cash instead. In this way they are earning double amount. The original Toll tax is only 100 Rs. Please look into my problem
