National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Invalid Toll charged

Hello,

I was charged double at toll plaza: KINI Kolhapur, NH04
I was at Cash only Lane because of rain and traffic so i paid cash and after a couple of minutes i received a sms stating that my fast tag has been deducted the same amount by the same toll plaza.

Attached is the sms of my fast tag deduction and the physical receipt which i received after paying cash.

Please look into this matter.
