National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — kulumapalya toll plaza charging full amount for usage of hardly 1% of road

Sir,
I'm working as manager in powerica ltd. Dta unit bangalore. My office is just 1km after kulumapalya toll plaza. I'm coming from nelamangala. They are charging full amount (Rs. 40 per day).
Request to intervene and provide us a concession rate as we are hardly using 1% of the total stretch.
Please do the needful and let us know what to be done for availing free / concession rate.
