National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — kumbalam toll plaza

Fastag has been made compulsory for all new registration of vehicles. And the main advantage of this tag is to avoid long queued at toll booths. But it's not been made possible at Toll booth at Kumbalam, Kerala. A lane has to be kept seperate for vehicles with valid fastag. If that is not the case, what is the advantage of this tag? This is already implemented at Palieyekkara toll booth, Thrissur, Kerala. The same has to be implemented at Kumbalam, Kerala.

Worst experience with kumbalam toll plaza.
My car has a valid fastag with balance. I stopped at the toll and the toll sensors malfunctioned to scan the tag. The employee there shouted at me with bad words in bangali or hindi and ordered me to take reverse.
As there was a lot of vehichles behind i told them to scan with the scanner on his hand. He was again shouting at me with his own bad language.
Why should i pay the cash and hear all your peoples bad words.
