National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — long queue at jadan toll tax

The journey was from jodhpur to jaipur where we had to wait for 40 mins at nh162 jadan toll tax due to single line of cash paying vehicles. We refused to pay as per rule accoring to which if the wait at toll tax is more than 3 min one is not supppose to pay any money but we were forced to pay even after waiting for 40 mins. When will we have better way to deal with such problems. This is so time consuming and leads to delay in journey.

Hi Officials
We are facing trouble, very rude behavior and Rowdyism by tollgate employees in krishnagiri Tamilnadu. They are running with local Rowdy and threatened a d hitting us. Very unsafe... Even we are paying money.. Very sad.news came in daily paper also. Pfa for your reference. Please take action...

Many long patches of road in bad condition both ways between mumbai and nashk. I have complained in the register kept at toll booth many times but no action is taken. Why bo one is accounatable for the road @ Nitin Gadkari? So much effort is put in implementation of fastag and no effort for maintainence???

I have purchased fastag from SBI Bank and balance of Rs 1100/- in my fastag A/C but still showing blacklist at tollplaza.

I have called sbi customer care & also mailed the matter to sbi helpdesk, but they never replied
