National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — misbehavior and abusing at toll plaza | |||
I was going ajmer to Jaipur on 31oc2018 at the toll plaza gegal I had pay toll and I just ask why they are taking so much time in giving toll slip but the operator replied rudely and gave toll silp with abusive word .after some time they are ready to fight and warned me go away from here otherwise they burn my car with me.i want to know the booth oprator are non educated or untrained so they are using abusing languages.i think they need to how to talk with normal person. You can check just recording at toll plaza what happened with me.Please take any action about this complaint otherwise I will file a FIR in realtaed police station. We are really unhappy after paying money also what service are they providing.
