Dear sir/madam, My name is naveen and have a complaint about errant, arrogant and misbehaving staff name as told by him mr avinash singh at ahmadpir toll plaza. As i was payong toll. Tax i heard him abusing our army ans saying bad names to the saheed family members. When i asked he abused me also and ran away. I request. You to. Immidoately remove such staff amd never allow them to do duty. Such peraon do not deserce to do duty near govt. Office. There are limited Fastag counters with hours of waiting que. You should extend the date from 1st December to 1st February to avoid ongoing harassment of public.
