National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — misbehaviour of toll staff at etc lane | |||
Dear sir/madam, Good day. My name is gaurang yadav. Vehicle number - mh11bv8560 (Car) Vehicle is equipped with active fastag of hdfc bank. Custome id :[protected] Toll plaza about which complaint is given : kini - nh 4 (Msrdc) Above said vehicle was using a dedicated etc / fastag lane. Date of occurance : 2-oct-2019 Time of occurance : 18:13 hrs There are two points in this grievence / complaint. 1. Etc lane from kolhapur towards karad was congested for more than 10 minutes, but as per nhai directives toll charges must not be collected during such congestion. But after staying idle in lane for more than 10 minutes toll charges were collected. 2. On etc lane from kolhapur - karad, toll collector staff (Specifically a local marathi spoken manager) has misbehaved and spoken arrogantly. A written complaint has been registered against the said person in the official complaint register book at toll plaza and verbally to toll manager mr. Amol gaikwad, Fastag toll transaction copy is attached herewith. Kindly take appropriate action so that above situations should not occur again and a fastag customer must not be humiliated by such shamless and arrogant behaviour of toll plaza employee.
