National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — mismanagement at toll located at nh1 karnal haryana

Dear authority,

I am very disappointed to see very much mismanagement at this toll. Staff behavior is also very rough. The karnal management don't know the nhai rules when i ask them "is these any provision to free toll for 2to3min if toll booth has pack with 1km. They said" these is no rule like this". I wait 30min to cross the toll. It's a harassment for mine by facing this kind of mismanagement.

I request you, kindly take a action for betterment.

From bhopal to indore there are almost 4 tolls in which there is fastag lane but the tolls allows non fast tag vehicle to the fast tag lane and also they take cash payment in that lane without any penalty...if this is the way then what is the use of fastag...please look into this matter as this will not lead to motivate for the fastag

From bangalore to Haveri, and back from there, fastag not working at all. No seperate lane operational. Everyone enters that way and pays physically. No security deployed. In some places, securities inoperational... Please look in to the matter. Fastag sensors are not working too. It is manually done...
