I paid for the renewal of monthly pass rs.300/-on the countera and asked for the receipt which was refused on the ground that information have been loaded and it is
Not neccessary. On my return at about 13.15 hrs i was detained at the toll plaza
For about half an hour and harassed for no reasons.
Further the manger sits on the first floor stairs to his office are so steep and horrible that any senior citizen of my age can meet with a fatal accident.
