I completely agree with you Mr. Sudhir Kumar. There is no sense o[censored]sing fasttag if the fasttag users dont get any privilege over the non-users. No barricades have been installed at the entrance of fast tag lane to check the cars with fasttag. Over this, there is no cooperation from the staff. And at last, let me remind NHRC Authorities that there is a judgement of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India that if any vehichle be it be using fasttag or not has to wait for more than 3 minutes, the toll tax shall be waived off. But here the fasttag users oftenly have to wait for 7-10 minutes for crossing toll plaza. I request authorities to please fix the issue otherwise strict legal action shall be taken against you.
