National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — My fastag is not working properly

I have a fast tag from axis bank since more than 2 years, balance is 1200 and now 2300 after I recharged with another 1000 rupees yesterday.my fast tag is intact no issues
But despite of everything I had to suffer a lot on 14/7/2021 night when I was traveling from aurangabad maharasthra to beed. When I first came to first toll plaza at malewadi pachod toll plaza scanner showed that my fast tag is invalid and not registered despite of showing at toll plaza screen that it's active and have sufficient balance. Then i talked to 1033 with NHAI ( Mr kamal) after long discussion of 15min and waiting period he said u can go ahead and you won't get any issues further.then when I told same thing to toll plaza they asked for payment in cash.when it wasn't my fault but I had to pay the amount. Then i called 1033 again and talked to another expert Mr ranjeet both from Ghaziabad, he registered my complaint with no 4034537. But said no issue from our side u contact AXISBANK, then I called AXISBANK they say your account is active and have sufficient balance hence no issue from our side but she registered my complaint and said will take 2-3workjng days. Then when I came to next toll plaza again I faced same issue, I had to wait for 30in to talk to nhai people but till they could help i ran out of patience after waiting for 30min and had to pay double toll fee in cash of 190 rupees despite of having everything with me. I have to travel tommorow again for 400 km and then again next wk 450km backwards.this is emergency situation what shud i do? How can i pay so much and waste souch time on this all?
