National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — no fastag lane at chalageri toll plaza and fastag machines also not working.

Dear sir/madam, i have traveled from hubli to bangalore on 28.12.2017 and bangalore to hubli on 31.12.2017. Both the times the fastag machines are not working and though money was there in fastag, i had to purchase the toll ticket at this toll plaza. Not only purchasing toll ticket but also loss of time. Please check and take action.

The purpose of purchasing the fastag does not service. Even in bankapurchouk toll plaza, there is no lane of fasttag.
