Sir/madam, I am sorry to registered that the thoppur-krishnagiri toll plaza in tamilnadu is not providing customer sanctification and they are failed to dealing customer in right path. Unqualified workers are engaged in reception and they don't know anything especially clarification sought about recharge payment, schemes etc. Always non working condition land line is available[protected], several times i spoken to higher in charge personalities, they are trying to compromising me but not yet given suitable solutions. They don't know about the knowledge of fastag oriented except few persons. They are simply said dialed to toll free numbers. However, i am also registered here their failing details mentioned below. 1. Reception works failed. 2. No drinking water facilities for customer. 3. Encroachment shown in many areas especially palayam bus shelter (A small tiffin center run at bus shelter at every night) 4. Barrie guards temporarily providing one day and removing another day with their own willing at thoppur, palayam and palayam pudur in dharmapuri district. It leads to occurring accidents. Permanent barrie guards set up is must. And there is no symbol board there. 4. Opposite travelling is regularly held nearly 1.5 km at shesampatti to pagalahalli (Left side of dharmapuri-salem via)-cars, bikes, cycles plying against the motor rules in that area - no steps taken by toll officials. But the toll boy rudely denied and told that he will not allow like that and asked for the payment. When I asked him how toll plaza have different rules and I asked him to make a phone call to the supervisor. He again rudely told me " you go and wait and he will come at 10 am in the morning". WHEN I asked for the complaint register HE CALLED 2 PERSONS. The point to note is.
1. The first person with beard not having the uniform, not wearing the mask, not wearing the batch.
2. The second person, not having the uniform, not wearing the mask and batch.
3. The first person told that you pay the money, then he will.provide the complaint register.
4. After payment ( refer image), when I asked for the complaint register, both persons started abusing me with SCHEDULED CASTE NAME, absurd language and the first person forcibly entered thru the driver window and abused my wife and threatened me for life. Also he called 4 guys to beat me . In the meanwhile 2 persons were taking videos inside the vehicle and threatened my wife also.
5. I was totally frightened and there were no police there to save me. Also 1 toll person put his 2 wheeler in front of my vehicle. I was for ed to ran away from the place.
6. Afterwards someone was chasing to beat me.
7. Both the persons were drunk and not followed any corono rules. Also they threatened me that they are politically sound and they can manipulate any thing and can do anything.
Requested to take action against the toll persons, toll manager for not present at the time, using rogues for threatening the travellers. Toll manager for not following the corono rules, Toll persons for illegal entry and taking videos and photos
As a record, I am submitting the complaint report to
1. Ministry for Road and Transport.
2. Ministry for Human Resources
3. Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri
