National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — not allowance of making a second trip within 24hrs of a return journey ticket on azizpur toll plaza

The toll worker at azizpur toll plaza (zirakpur to chandigarh) said it was not allowed to make a second journey on a return trip ticket( ticket number[protected] within the 24 hour limit of return ticket..he told to contact their helpline ([protected]) which no one was picking up and he insisted to pay for the toll and he even typed on the wrong vehicle number for the ticket which i checked on later as he could not punch in same vehicle number within the 24 hour time period i assume. The later ticket number he punched is [protected] booth and operator number are LR5 and a10 respectively.
