National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — not maintaining the fast tag booth and roads are not maintained

Hello,

I was travelling from bangalore to narsapur (Ap) i took fast tag for my car in all the toll plazas but after vijayawada i crossed two toll plazas where there was no fast tag booth and there making to wait so long time to pay the money and road maintains is very bad i don't understand why they are changing without maintaining them. Please take action on both toll plazas
