National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — npci excess transaction

On 27th dec i received message of rs 45 deducted from my fasttag account even though i was not travelling. There is no response from axisbank fasttag team for over 10s of emails sent. Their customer care number always goes to automatic ans or play some announcement.
Atleast they should respond and clarify and then refund this amount. But unfortunately no one has responded to this neither clarified this invalid transaction. How public will trust fasttag??
