High traffic problems on toll tax on weekends and festival. Toll service providers are also very rude on asking the reason of traffic, they are not treating customers gently. During the time of festivals we need to wait for half an hour for paying toll, what is the meaning of paying toll after waiting for such long hours. On 21st October I crossed this toll Receipt enclosed. Roads covered under this toll is in a very bad condition.. Toll covers section of Chalthan to Waghaldhara on NH08. When I pointed this out to person on Lane14.He talked very rudely.
