National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — pathetic toilet conditions at gmr ambala-chandigarh toll (towards chandigarh)

Dear sir,

So sorry to say that but toilet condition really bad and pathetic at gmr ambala-chandigarh toll (Towards chandigarh). Had to use urinal towards my trip from delhi to chandigarh. I stopped at toilet just paying after toll tax. Entered and found urinal were full with lots of flies roaming here and there. Seems toilet seats were not cleaned for so long. There was no taps on wash basins. No water. It was dangerously unhygienic. Kindly look into it. Needs immediate attention and rectification.

I crossed my car kota bypass toll plazza on 26/04/2019. Is toll plazza as per rule kota number vehicle free entry. But his toll plazza has been debited my fastag account 65rs. And after amount debited he his not provide right vehicle no. For this transaction.

Dear Team,
National highway No-8 condition is very bad from Manesar (HR) to Bawal (HR).
Please check and resolve it asap. Otherwise i am taking necessary action it.
