National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — payment deducted two times for a single journey

It was friday 21st of june when i was travelling to my home from mohali to jagadhri. At milkmajra plaza fastag sensor detected my fasttag while some other car before me was making payment at the plaza. As my fasttag card was detected the amount was deducted from my account. But on my turn at bthe plaza i have to make another payment through cash. So in this way i had to pay twice (1 with fasttag and 1 with cash) for a single journey. Can you please refund my amount deducted from my fasttag account?

And fasttag serial number is[protected] and trip number is[protected].
