National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — payment of toll through paytm not accepted at landhari toll plaza at hisar dabwali

Today i passed through landhari toll where i asked payment through paytm but they refuse to accept payment cashless and finally i have to pay in cash. I think they are hiding no of vehicles passing through the toll. They are defying the ruling of central govt which states that cashless payment should be at all national highway. Plz look. I am also forwarding the mail to higher authorities.
