National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — pullur toll plaza

We are travelling to tirupati via kurnool. On the way we were passing the pullur toll plaza nh-11. Before us we had a vehicle for which we had to stand more than 5 min and when our turn came the staff was very rude. Incharge peter spoke very rudely and didn't even get complaints book when asked for. We are really unhappy after paying money also what service are they providing.

No dedicated lanes for fastag.
Harassment every time.
On Bathinda Amritsar Highway.
