National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Refund Request for illegal collection of Toll amount at Khed Shivapur toll for MH12 passing car. | |
My vehicle number is MH12TN0796. I travelled thru Khed Shivapur tollgate on NH4 - Pune Satara road on 25.08.2021 and 30.8.2021. As per law, vehicles registered in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad bearing registration numbers MH12 & MH14 are EXPEMPTED at this tollgate from paying toll. However, toll is collected automatically from all the vehicles, fitted with FASTAG which is ill-legal Same happened with me and I had to pay toll of Rs.100 on 25th and 30th August 2021, under Trip number[protected] and[protected] resp. I now request you to refund me this amount of Rs 100*2 = Rs. 200 urgently and oblige. I HAVE ENCLOSED THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE SMS'S RECEIVED FROM IDFC BANK ABOUT TOLL AMOUNT DEDUCTION ON 25th AND 30th Aug 21. Was this information helpful? | |
