National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — staff at panikoili toll plaza drinking and misbehaving with govt officials

At 4.30pm i crossed panikoili toll plaza where people in civil dress are collecting toll charges. During office hours they are drinking and misbehaving. I am a state govt class i officer if such is the behaviour with me then i guess for normal passengers it would be horrible. Please look into the matter nhai else i have to take help legally. Such behaviour is not at all accepted.
