National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll been deducted manually intentionally.

I was travelling from Haridwar to Dehradun at the toll on the way, i was issued the manual slip whereas i had enough balance in my Fastag.
The receipt shows the duplicate one as it has wrong spellings, and wrong Date and Time.
I travelled at approx 11:30 AM on 12th july, but receipt shows 23:30 PM on 11th July.
Staff at toll was very rude and did not listen my concern of having enough balance in my Fastag.
Kindly get this checked and try to refund my extra charged money.
PFA the slip which itself seems to be forged slips been issued.
I would request to get the CCTV cameras checked to verify my concern.
