National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll collect instead of 8 mins wait | |
Hi We were asked to pay toll instead of waiting in queue for 8 mins. Please justify the reason for same. When asked the person on the booth, he simply said we have to pay the Toll. Toll:Ludhiana GT Road (Near Phillaur bridge) Amount for 2 way toll :INR 180/- The rule says not to pay any toll if queue exceeds 3 mins of waiting. We gone thorugh toll plaza and within 6 hour came back but he refused for entry and wanted us to take receipt again. Within 12 houts if we comeback as per rule how can toll plaza can force to take up receipt
