Hi Team,

On 12Aug at 12.17am i was at Khed Shivapur Toll plaza and my car number is MH12QT2374.
There is Exemption for MH12 cars at above mentioned toll however there was Rs 95/- toll amount deducted from my fastag.

I request to refund Rs 95/- to above fastag id.

I had travelled from Pune to Kolhapur at khed shivapur toll plaza at 4:27 pm on 28/12/2020 staffer told lie to me your fastag was not scanning by machine, so you have to pay cash Rs.95 unfortunately I had to paid Rs.95 and after some hours at 23:06 pm I received message of fastag cutting Rs.95 also, which was already paid by cash that means I had to pay Rs 190 instead of Rs.95 and also staffer had given me a receipt that I found the vehicle number was slightly changed .That means toll plaza cheated me for Rs.95. Please any authority should pay attention to this issue.
