National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll fee deducted twice

I traveled on 10nov, 19 using my hr30n 9068 and passed through toll plaza chhajrasi. After passing thru toll gate i was informed that my fast tag is black listed and have to pay toll fee again. Later i got message that toll fee of rs.125 is deducted twice. The two transaction id are : [protected] and [protected]. Kindly arrange to refund of rs.125 to my fast tag account. Please do the necessary Patching of NH-6 at MAHARASHTRA Between AKOLA to KHAMGAON which is full of Potholes near BALAPUR. I kindly request you to do it on high priority Basis.

Porur toll is collecting money during heavy traffic which is delaying our work by 1 hour daily only because of the toll. Please take immediate action which can help the nations productivity to increase
