National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll gate charge of raha, assam

Dear sir/madam
Yesterday, i have visited nagaon (Assam) via raha toll gate with my private vehicle. The toll gate employees were charged two times i. E. Rs.140.00 cash up & down (Ticket no. 11584, lane 5/tc05) and rs. 95.00 charged from my sbi fastag account ending 43cc0 on 12.03.20 at 12.25 & 12:23 respectively against my vehicle no. 7139. The said employees were saying the sbi fastag was not activated in stead of my several request. If my fastag was not activated, why amount of rs. 95 debited (Msg received) from my account..?
