Dear sir My vehicle no is kl 32 f 2208. Today[protected] morning firstly deduct rs 45 from my fastag account and then they deduct rs 30 again in the same day. Toll validity is 24 hrs. What is the reason to deduct cash again from my account. Pls read below the prof of it. Dear customer, your etc account no. 20888660, vehicle no. Dear team,
I am traveling today 07/09/2018 from Ghaziabad to Aligarh by bus, I saw that highway condition is poor than the poor and highway authority collect tax twice on a single way of just 114 km appx.
Kindly take necessary decisions so that we can travel safely like accordingly to pay the toll tax twice.
